The work that isn't selling
If you sell B2B technology, you know where the hours go:
- Researching an account before first contact
- Pulling together context before a meeting
- Writing up notes and drafting the follow-up afterwards
- Updating the CRM
- Working out which deals actually need attention this week
None of it is optional, and all of it matters. But every hour spent on it is an hour not spent with a buyer. And when you're rushed, it shows: calls start with orientation instead of insight, follow-ups go out a day late, and qualification questions get skipped.
AI tools like Claude can take on much of this work. The problem is getting from "AI could do this" to "AI does this for me, the same way, every time".
That's the gap this pack closes.
